Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders shipped to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. (It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories). Sirius Mushrooms does not ship outside of the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. A picture of a defective, damaged or wrong item is required to issue a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items will not be replaced if the user is to be at fault. Sirius Mushrooms will replace items damaged and non-viable through shipping errors or delays. A picture of any items damaged and non-viable through shipping errors or delays is required to issue a replacement.

Exchanges
Live items cannot be exchanged.

Returns Policy
Sirius Mushrooms has a no return policy for live items.

Refunds Policy
Sirius Mushrooms does not offer refunds for live items. Please do not ship live items back to Sirius Mushrooms. If you suspect that your live item is damaged or defective, contact Sirius Mushrooms immediately.
